- Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction, industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
- Generate qualified leads through market research, networking, client visits, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and government agencies.
- Attend client meetings, project discussions, and site visits to understand project requirements.
- Prepare business proposals, capability presentations, and company profiles.
- Coordinate with the estimation, engineering, and project teams for preparing quotations and technical submissions.
- Monitor government and private tenders and support the tender submission process.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize contracts with clients.
- Maintain a database of prospective clients and regularly follow up for business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual business development targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit them to management.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, seminars, and networking events.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify market trends to develop business strategies.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely support.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
