Key Responsibilities
Prepare and set up laboratory equipment and instruments for experiments and testing
Conduct routine laboratory tests and procedures following established protocols
Collect, label, and analyze samples (e.g., blood, tissue, chemicals)
Record, interpret, and report test results accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory
Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Monitor inventory levels and order laboratory supplies when needed
Assist scientists or researchers with experiments and data analysis
Dispose of hazardous materials according to safety guidelines
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Laboratory Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or related field
Proven experience in a laboratory setting (preferred)
Knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
