Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled GCP DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Terraform, GKE, CI/CD, Cloud Networking, IAM, and Infrastructure Automation, along with a passion for building reliable, secure, and high-performing cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.
- Configure and manage GCP Networking, IAM policies, and security controls.
- Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated application deployments.
- Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
- Develop automation scripts using Shell Scripting and/or Python.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Implement cloud security best practices and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with Development, QA, and Operations teams to streamline release and deployment processes.
- Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and platform reliability.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- GCP Networking & IAM
- Terraform
- Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)
- CI/CD Pipeline Development
- Shell Scripting and/or Python
- Experience with Infrastructure Automation and Cloud-Native Architectures.
- Strong understanding of containerization, orchestration, and deployment strategies.
- Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud security, access management, and compliance best practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience designing and managing enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of DevOps methodologies, automation, and cloud operations.
