Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare baseline resource-loaded construction schedules, budget, manpower histograms, material and machinery schedules.
- Prepare JCR, MIS & MPR reports and track worker and machinery productivity.
- Regularly update schedules as per site progress and identify delays and bottlenecks.
- Develop and monitor catch-up programs to recover lost float.
- Coordinate with all departments to gather progress inputs and update planning data.
- Prepare cash flow charts, drawing schedules, and subcontractor schedules.
- Review technical details and advise the construction team on planning matters.
- Coordinate with all subcontractors, client, and project team on planning interfaces.
- Attend client progress review meetings for planning coordination.
Key Skills & Competencies
Proficient in MS Project and Primavera P6; strong analytical and reporting skills.
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university. PG Diploma in Construction Management preferred.
Experience
Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience as a Planning Engineer.
