Job Title: Toddler Teacher

Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate, caring, and enthusiastic Toddler Teacher to join our preschool team. The ideal candidate should have a genuine love for working with young children and be able to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment that supports their overall growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities for toddlers.
- Create a safe, positive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Encourage creativity through storytelling, music, art, games, and play-based learning.
- Monitor each child's progress and maintain daily records.
- Ensure the health, safety, and hygiene of children at all times.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's development and daily activities.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to organize classroom and school events.
- Maintain classroom discipline with patience and positive reinforcement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Diploma or certification in Early Childhood Education (ECE), NTT, Montessori, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Toddler Teacher or Preschool Teacher.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications and a passion for teaching may also apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, creative, energetic, and caring personality.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
