*Job Summary*
Crystal Cook N Serve Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented *Line Inspector* to join our Quality Control team. You will be responsible for maintaining high product standards by performing real-time inspections on the production line to ensure our kitchenware products meet quality specifications before they reach the consumer.
*Key Responsibilities*
*Production Monitoring:* Conduct regular visual and technical inspections of products directly on the assembly line.
*Quality Assurance:* Identify defects, imperfections, or deviations from manufacturing standards.
*Process Compliance:* Ensure all production processes adhere to company safety and quality protocols.
*Reporting:* Maintain accurate logs of inspected batches and report any recurring issues to the production supervisor.
*Waste Reduction:* Help identify the root causes of production errors to minimize material waste and improve efficiency.
*Requirements*
*Attention to Detail:* Ability to spot minor defects and inconsistencies quickly.
*Physical Stamina:* Comfortable working on a factory floor and standing for extended periods*Reliability:* Strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining product safety and excellence.
