About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Motion Graphics & Video Editor to lead video production across our client portfolio. This role combines creative storytelling, motion design, video editing, AI-powered content creation, and team leadership.
You'll create compelling content across platforms, mentor junior editors, improve production workflows, and help shape the future of video creation at Bunjy.
Key Responsibilities
Video Production & Editing
- Create high-quality videos for social media, websites, YouTube, ads, presentations, and corporate communications.
- Produce a wide range of content including brand films, product videos, explainers, case studies, event videos, reels, shorts, and ad creatives.
- Manage projects from concept to final delivery while ensuring quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
Motion Graphics & Animation
- Design engaging motion graphics, animated explainers, typography animations, transitions, and visual effects.
- Create compelling visual storytelling that enhances audience engagement.
AI-Powered Content Creation
- Leverage AI tools to improve creativity, productivity, and turnaround times.
- Explore and implement emerging technologies, workflows, and automation opportunities.
- Stay updated with advancements in AI-driven video production.
Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with Content, Design, Digital Marketing, and Client Servicing teams.
- Translate creative briefs into impactful visual stories.
- Contribute ideas for campaigns, content formats, and creative innovation.
Team Leadership
- Mentor and guide junior editors and interns.
- Review deliverables, provide constructive feedback, and maintain quality standards.
- Improve internal processes, workflows, and quality control systems.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Strong understanding of:
- Motion graphics and animation
- Typography and visual storytelling
- Sound design
- Color correction and grading
- Video optimization and exports
AI Tools Experience
Hands-on experience with tools such as:
- Runway
- Kling
- Midjourney
- ChatGPT
- ElevenLabs
- Pika
- InVideo
Exposure to Sora, Veo, or similar next-generation AI tools is a strong advantage.
Additional Skills
- Strong storytelling and script interpretation skills
- Excellent project management and multitasking abilities

Experience Required
- 5+ years of experience in video editing and motion graphics.
- Experience in a digital marketing agency, creative agency, or production environment.
- Experience managing multiple brands and stakeholder expectations.
- Prior experience mentoring or leading team members.
Nice to Have
- Experience creating content for B2B, SaaS, technology, healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, or education brands.
- Understanding of social media content trends and YouTube best practices.
- Knowledge of performance marketing creatives and ad formats.
- Experience with Blender, Cinema 4D, or other 3D software.
