Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Manager to lead and monitor our customer support team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Hindi and English, possess excellent communication skills, and have a pleasing personality to maintain a positive and professional interaction with customers and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and monitor the daily activities of the customer support team to ensure high-quality service.
- Manage team performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure effective communication in both Hindi and English with customers and team members.
- Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their customer handling skills.
- Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments to address customer needs and improve services.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in Hindi and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasing personality.
- Ability to handle challenging customer situations with patience and empathy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer support or related roles.
- Proven experience in managing and monitoring a customer support team.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
