Job Title: Solar Technician

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Solar Technician to support solar installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and net metering activities. The candidate should have basic knowledge of electrical systems and solar PV technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission on-grid and off-grid solar PV systems.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of solar plants.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to solar panels, inverters, wiring, and electrical components.
- Assist in net metering documentation and installation coordination.
- Perform site surveys and prepare installation requirements.
- Ensure proper cable routing, earthing, and safety compliance.
- Conduct testing and commissioning of solar systems.
- Clean and inspect solar panels to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Coordinate with customers and provide basic system operation guidance.
- Maintain service reports and installation records.
- Follow company safety standards and SOPs.
- Travel to customer sites as required.
Required Qualifications
- ITI (Electrician/Wireman), Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Freshers with technical knowledge or experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of solar PV systems.
- Electrical wiring and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of inverters, panels, AC/DC systems, and earthing.
- Ability to use electrical testing tools.
- Good communication and teamwork.
- Willingness to travel.
Requirements
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
- Physically fit to work at project sites.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or mobile reporting apps.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
