Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Purchase Executive at ARD Systems Inc.'s Ahmedabad location. The Senior Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing purchase orders, processing purchase requisitions, overseeing procurement activities, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services. The role involves liaising with vendors, negotiating favorable terms, and coordinating with internal teams to meet the organization’s operational requirements. The executive will also play a key role in optimizing purchasing strategies to enhance cost efficiency and supply chain management.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and overall Purchase Management processes
- Strong expertise in Procurement and sourcing strategies
- Excellent Communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Experience in supply chain management and vendor relationship management
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools is a plus
- Previous experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is highly desirable
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
