Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹23,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
Shift Timings: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM / 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Rotational)
6 Days Working | 1 Rotational Weekly Off

About the Role
Smaaash Entertainment is looking for an experienced and guest-focused Restaurant Captain to lead service operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate should possess strong food & beverage knowledge, team leadership skills, inventory management experience, and the ability to handle events and corporate gatherings efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant and floor operations
- Ensure excellent guest service and customer satisfaction
- Take and coordinate guest orders accurately
- Handle guest complaints and service recovery professionally
- Lead, train, and motivate service team members
- Monitor food quality, service standards, and operational SOPs
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations
- Manage inventory, stock monitoring, and service readiness
- Support execution of birthday parties, corporate events, and group bookings
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and service quality standards
Mandatory Skills
- Strong guest handling and customer service skills
- Good knowledge of food & beverage service
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock control
- Team handling and floor supervision experience
- Experience managing events, parties, and group bookings
- Basic knowledge of liquor, beverages, and bar operations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Candidate Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience as Captain, Senior Steward, Team Leader, or similar role
- Experience in restaurants, hotels, lounges, pubs, entertainment venues, or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
