We are looking for an experienced finance professional to lead the Finance & Accounts function and drive the company's financial planning, reporting, compliance, and business strategy. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing the finance operations of a manufacturing organization and should be capable of working closely with the management team to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts department.
Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and business plans.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports.
Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, ROC, and other statutory compliances.
Coordinate with external auditors, internal auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
Finalize books of accounts and ensure timely completion of statutory and tax audits.
Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and standard operating procedures.
Analyze financial performance and recommend cost optimization and profitability improvement initiatives.
Support management with financial analysis for strategic business decisions.
Supervise payroll processing, reconciliations, and financial documentation.
Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounts team.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and MIS reporting.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems, Tally, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience in the manufacturing industry will be preferred.
Eligibility
MBA (Finance), M.Com, or equivalent qualification.
CA qualification is not required.
10–15 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial organizations will be preferred.
Compensation
Fixed CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA (based on experience and interview performance).
Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
