We are looking for a proactive and organized Academic Coordinator / Admin Executive who will act as the central point of coordination for students, faculty, and management.
This role is critical in ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent student experience, and efficient academic coordination within the institute.
Key ResponsibilitiesStudent & Reception Management
- Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors professionally.
- Handle walk-ins, calls, and inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain daily student attendance and records.
- Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Fee Collection & Administration
- Send timely fee reminders and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate fee records and update data daily.
- Prepare weekly pending fee reports.
- Ensure zero mismatch in fee receipts and records.
Academic Coordination
- Prepare and manage weekly class schedules.
- Coordinate between trainers and students for smooth communication.
- Inform all stakeholders about schedule changes in advance.
- Support execution of exams, events, and academic activities.
Technical & Office Supplies Management
- Collect requirements from all departments (technical and office).
- Share requirements with management for approval.
- Follow up to ensure timely procurement and availability.
- Maintain proper records of requests and fulfillment.
Expense & Petty Cash Management
- Maintain daily expense records accurately.
- Handle petty cash and track all transactions.
- Coordinate with accounts for reporting and reconciliation.
Additional Responsibilities
- Resolve student queries with patience and professionalism.
- Maintain strong coordination between all departments.
- Identify operational issues and suggest improvements.
- Ensure smooth daily functioning of institute operations.
Required Skills and Qualities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Responsible, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle students and parents professionally.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in administration, coordination, or front office roles.
- Experience in an education institute is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
