Job Description – Graduate Engineer / Diploma Engineer
Location: Wakhari, Pune
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Engineers or Diploma Engineers to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for freshers as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to build their careers in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day operational and engineering support activities.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports using MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks.
- Update and manage data in SAP (where applicable).
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Complete assigned work within stipulated timelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or Diploma in Engineering.
- Fresher or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of SAP is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Willingness to work in 2nd Shift and Night Shift (mandatory).
