- Customer Intake: Greeting customers, listening to vehicle issues, and documenting concerns on repair orders.
- Technical Consultation: Advising customers on necessary maintenance and repairs based on technician inspections.
- Workflow Management: Scheduling appointments and coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion.
- Estimating & Billing: Providing accurate cost estimates, explaining repairs, and handling invoicing.
- Communication: Keeping customers updated on their vehicle status and resolving complaints.
