Job Description
We are seeking a experienced, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior management. The ideal candidate must have proven experience supporting executives and be capable of handling confidential matters with utmost professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and appointments
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence
- Screen calls, emails, and communications on behalf of executives
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
- Maintain confidential documents and sensitive information
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Assist in business projects and executive-level tasks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar senior support role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
- High level of discretion and professionalism
Preferred Skills
- Experience working directly with senior executives or directors
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently under pressure
Note- Salary negotiable for right candidate.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
