Job Description – Supervisor (Kitchen & Housekeeping) Company: Haritha Wellness Private Limited Location: Sadashivpet, Telangana Position Kitchen & Housekeeping Supervisor Job Summary Haritha Wellness Private Limited is looking for a responsible and organized Kitchen & Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen hygiene, housekeeping operations, and cleanliness standards across the wellness center. The ideal candidate should ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests while managing support staff efficiently. Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily kitchen and housekeeping operations. * Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation. * Monitor food preparation areas and dining spaces for cleanliness. * Assign daily duties and supervise housekeeping staff. * Maintain inventory of cleaning materials and kitchen supplies. * Ensure rooms, therapy areas, common spaces, and washrooms are clean and well-maintained. * Train staff on hygiene, safety, and cleaning procedures. * Prepare duty schedules and monitor staff attendance. * Coordinate with management to resolve maintenance and operational issues. * Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards. Requirements * Minimum 2–5 years of experience in housekeeping or kitchen supervision. * Good leadership and team management skills. * Basic knowledge of hygiene and sanitation practices. * Ability to communicate in Telugu; knowledge of Hindi or English is an advantage. * Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented. * Willingness to work flexible shifts if required. Qualification * Minimum 10th Pass or Intermediate (Higher qualifications are an added advantage).
