Designation: HR Manager
Primary Responsibilities:
Handle day to day issues of human resources. Implement all Human Resources initiatives within the organization. Be the point of contact for all departments for any issues, escalations for HR.

Position reporting into this role: None
Required Skills: Excellent communication skills, good command over language, good knowledge of MS-Office, skilled in written communication, very good with coordination and inter personal relationships. Thorough knowledge of all aspects of HR such as recruitment, drafting and implementing relevant policies and procedures, Salary break up, Rules and regulations related to compensation and perquisites, Grievance management, Performance management, promotions, transfers and exits of an employee, Communication skills, Interpersonal skills, people management.
Key Result Areas
Internal
1. Set up and implement performance management system. KRA / KPI
2. Prepare and Implement Induction and Training Systems for New Employees.
3. Prepare and Implement Training systems for Growth of Existing Employees
4. Implement salary increments and promotion System.
5. Create and maintain organization structure.
6. Recruitment as per man power requirement. (White / Grey Collar)
7. Employee engagement initiatives
8. Continuous interactions with employees to get feedback.
9. Prepare presentations for internal and external meetings
10. Coordinate with HODs and employees for various action points
11. Minute every internal meeting with relevant action points and follow up for actions
External
- Travel coordination, payment coordination and follow ups on assignments.
- Manage appointments, follow up actions and communicate agendas for meetings to concerned people
- Go for client meetings if required.

Job Description: Job will require thorough knowledge of Human Resource Management, internal systems and informal structure of the organization. An understanding of how to get things done and get approvals for suggestions made. Minute writing for all critical meetings, follow up on action points, prepare PPT presentations for internal and external meetings with utmost honesty, confidentiality and sincerity.
Evaluation Criteria:
Internal
Completion of an activity within the deadlines, employee feedback and accuracy of the task done, attrition ratio, cost savings due to cost effective hiring.
External
Feedback from recruitment consultants and head hunters.
Feedback from internal and external customers, vendors business associates, employees, etc.

Senior Management, Employees of all levels.
Head hunting firm, recruitment consultants, candidates, vendors etc.
Educational Qualification: Graduate from a reputed institute.
Work Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in an organization with an employee strength of minimum 25 White Collared and /or total strength of 75 employees.
Other Requirements: Should be willing to travel between Mumbai, Panvel, Pune.
Job Location: Primary Location – Chembur, Mumbai
Secondary Location – Taloja, Panvel (Factory) (2-3 days a week)
