Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to lead and support end-to-end environmental consultancy assignments across sectors. The role involves executing EIA, EMP, Audit, and Consent projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, preparing technical reports, and liaising with state and central authorities such as SPCB, SEAC, SEIAA, and MoEFCC. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in environmental management, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to guide teams in delivering projects within timelines and quality benchmarks.

Required Qualification:
- B.E. / B.Tech (Environmental Engineering) or M.Sc. in Environment, Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, or Geology (Hydrology).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Execution & Coordination
- Implement EIA / EMP / Audit / Consent from SPCB and related environmental projects.
- Ensure timely submission of reports as per project scope and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth project flow and delivery.
- Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions when needed.
2. Regulatory & Technical Documentation
- Prepare and compile EC applications and EIA reports.
- Develop and submit post-EC and Pollution Control Adequacy reports.
- Draft visit reports and ensure compliance with all environmental norms.
3. Regulatory Liaison & Presentations
- Present projects before EAC / SEAC / SEIAA / MoEFCC during public hearings.
- Attend Expert Appraisal Committee meetings and interact with MPCB/SPCB officers for approvals.
- Represent the company in meetings with clients and regulatory bodies.
4. Field & Client Interaction
- Conduct site visits for data collection, sampling, and environmental monitoring.
- Engage with clients for requirement gathering, updates, and report finalization.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Good understanding of environmental regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to lead projects independently and guide junior team members.
- Prior exposure to marketing or business development in consultancy is an added advantage.
Compensation:
