Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-up
- Understanding job descriptions and hiring requirements for different roles
- Posting jobs on various job portals, social media, and the company website
- Using databases, LinkedIn, and other platforms to identify suitable candidates
- Conducting initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and ensuring a smooth recruitment process
- Maintaining candidate records and recruitment reports
- Following up with candidates post-interview and during onboarding
- Maintaining an active pipeline of potential candidates
