Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth shop floor operations.
- Monitor machine operations and maintain production efficiency.
- Ensure accurate measurements using meter, centimeter, and millimeter standards.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings for production and quality requirements.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specified standards.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate basic maintenance when required.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company production guidelines.
- Maintain production records and coordinate with the production team to achieve daily targets.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of mechanical measurements and unit conversions (Meter–Cm–Mm).
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing and machine operations.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.
- Good knowledge of production processes and quality control.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination abilities.
Eligibility
- ITI, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Fresh candidates with relevant technical knowledge and practical training may also be considered.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
