Roles & Responsibilities
Hands-on experience in organic, hydroponic, and aeroponic farming.
Experience in greenhouse construction, maintenance, and farming operations.
Knowledge of seasonal plantation planning for all four seasons.
Monitor and improve farmland performance and productivity.
Resource planning for manpower, seeds, and stock management.
Maintain farming equipment and ensure smooth agricultural operations.
Implement sustainable and efficient farming practices.
Ability to adapt and work in all types of environments and field conditions.
Qualification
Degree in Agriculture or Horticulture.
Experience
Freshers can apply
1 - 4 years experience in Agriculture or Horticulture.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
