- Assist the commis 1 and dcdp in daily kitchen preparation and service.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet restaurant standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the workstation according to food safety guidelines.
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients and stock rotation (FIFO).
- Assist in mise en place before service hours.
- Monitor inventory of ingredients and inform seniors about shortages.
- Follow kitchen safety standards and SOPs.
- Support the team during busy service periods.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain cost control.
