Job Overview:
We are looking for a smart, customer-oriented Counter Sales Executive for our Giani Ice Cream outlet. The candidate will be responsible for serving customers, handling POS/computer billing, and managing daily counter operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Directly interact with and serve customers at the counter.
Handle orders, billing, and basic computer/POS operations.
Maintain store cleanliness, stock organization, and high service standards.
Requirements & Skills:
Experience: Prior experience in direct customer dealing / retail / F&B counter sales.
Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge for billing systems.
Traits: Smart, energetic, well-groomed, and punctual.
Locality: Candidates living nearby or having personal conveyance are preferred.
