Truedesign Apparels is looking for an energetic and organized Merchandising & Store Runner to support merchandising and inventory operations. This role requires close coordination with suppliers, production teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth material flow, timely sample management, accurate documentation, and efficient order execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing merchandising and store-related activities.
- Coordinate sample development, approvals, submissions, and dispatches.
- Need to go to the market to purchase or source required items.
- Track materials, trims, and accessories to support production requirements.
- Follow up with suppliers and vendors on deliveries and pending requirements.
- Need to deliver items to suppliers or vendors based on our requirements.
- Coordinate with merchandising, sourcing, production, and quality teams to ensure timely execution of orders.
- Maintain and update records related to purchase orders, invoices, dispatches, and approvals.
- Monitor courier shipments and ensure timely delivery of samples and documents.
- Support inventory control and record-keeping activities within the store.
- Prepare reports and maintain organized documentation for operational tracking.
- Ensure effective communication between departments to facilitate smooth workflow.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in merchandising, store management, operations, or the garment industry.
- Freshers with strong coordination and administrative skills are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of apparel manufacturing and supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and record management.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a deadline-driven environment.
- Must possess a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler.
