We are looking for a CRM & NDR Executive to handle customer queries, resolve NDR cases, coordinate with courier partners, update CRM records, and ensure timely order deliveries. Candidates should have good communication skills, basic Excel knowledge, and the ability to manage customer support efficiently.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
