- Coordinate with government departments such as Municipal Corporations, Revenue Departments, Development Authorities, RERA, Town Planning, Fire Department, Pollution Control Board, Electricity Board, and other statutory authorities.
- Obtain approvals, licenses, NOCs, building plan sanctions, commencement certificates (CC), occupancy certificates (OC), and environmental clearances.
- Follow up on project files and ensure timely approvals to avoid delays in project execution.
- Maintain relationships with government officials and external stakeholders.
- Handle land acquisition, title verification coordination, land conversion, and documentation processes.
- Monitor changes in government policies, real estate regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with legal, engineering, architecture, and project teams for regulatory compliance.
