1. Key Responsibilities
· Visit existing retail outlets, wholesalers and distributors in assigned area.
· Appoint new retailers, wholesalers and distributors
· Promote and sell Rujani Tea products.
· Maintain customer relationships.
· Ensure product availability and visibility at outlets.
· Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily sales reports.
· Collect market feedback and coordinate with the sales team.
2. Required Skills & Qualifications
· 1–2 years of experience in FMCG, retail, or field sales (tea/beverage experience preferred).
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Knowledge of the local market.
· Basic MS Excel skills.
· Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel.
· Fluency in Assamese, Hindi and basic English preferred.
