Job Summary
Job Summary : We are looking for an AVD Engineer to support, provide access and assist the users in Nuance AVD environment ensuring high availability, performance, and security. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution of Azure services, working closely with L3 and engineering teams to improve system reliability. Job Responsibilities : AVD Support Requests User access provisioning. Application Group assignment Publish/unpublish applications AVD environment configuration changes Incidents Unable to connect to AVD/Desktop AVD performance or slowness issues Application launch failures within AVD FSLogix profile issues Issues / BAU Monitor Host Pool and Session Host health Monitor AVD capacity and user sessions Troubleshoot connectivity and access issues Manage FSLogix profiles and storage issues Coordinate AVD patching and image updates Monitor Azure AVD alerts and incidents Support application delivery within AVD Categories / Sub-Categories Access Management User Access, Application Group Access Incident Connectivity, Login Failure, Performance, Application launch issue Infrastructure Host Pool, Session Host, FSLogix Change Request Application Publishing, AVD Configuration, Image Update Monitoring Capacity, Availability, Health Checks.
