Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and lead HR programs and strategic projects
- Conduct research and analysis to identify HR challenges and recommend solutions
- Provide guidance and support to HR teams and clients on day-to-day HR matters
- Design and implement practical HR strategies and policies
- Manage Performance Management Systems (PMS), KRA/KPI frameworks, and employee development initiatives
- Drive organizational change and culture management programs
- Assist in the implementation and integration of HR policies and compliance systems
- Support the selection and implementation of HR technologies
- Ensure compliance with HR practices and business processes
