Meon Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Customer Success & Delivery Manager to lead the Business Analyst (BA) Team while ensuring seamless project delivery and an exceptional customer experience. The selected candidate will act as the bridge between clients, the BA team, and technical teams to ensure successful requirement gathering, project execution, timely delivery, and long-term customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage the Business Analyst (BA) Team.
Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and client expectations are met.
Coordinate with Product, Development, QA, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth execution.
Manage customer onboarding, requirement discussions, and project handovers.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve delivery bottlenecks proactively.
Ensure timely resolution of client concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Review Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional documentation, and project deliverables.
Conduct regular team reviews, performance evaluations, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Prepare MIS reports, delivery updates, customer feedback reports, and management dashboards.
Drive process improvements and implement best practices across Customer Success, BA, and Delivery functions.
Required Qualifications
Education: Any Graduate.
Experience: 4–8 years of experience in Customer Success, Business Analysis, Project Delivery, or Client Management, including at least 2 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
Strong understanding of project lifecycle, requirement gathering, and client management.
Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM, project management, or collaboration tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
Experience in the IT Services, SaaS, or Technology industry.
Strong analytical, reporting, and decision-making abilities.
Customer-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience leading Business Analysts or Delivery teams.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is an added advantage.
