We are hiring skilled and customer-focused professionals for a Technical Support Executive in Gurgaon. Candidates should have prior experience in technical support and excellent communication skills to assist customers efficiently through voice-based interactions.
Key Responsibilities: -
Handle customer queries and technical issues via voice support
Provide accurate troubleshooting for technical concerns
Deliver prompt and professional customer service
Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required
Document customer interactions and resolutions properly
Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets
Eligibility Criteria: -
Minimum 6 months of experience in Technical Support / Customer Service
Candidates should be comfortable working with rotational shifts (mostly night shifts)
Strong verbal communication skills in English
Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge
Good typing speed and multitasking abilities
