- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system stability.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of incident management and problem resolution processes within IT service frameworks.
- Experience with monitoring tools and diagnostic techniques to identify system faults and performance bottlenecks.
- Ability to analyze complex system interactions and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Skilled in coordinating with diverse technical teams to implement effective service management strategies.
Additional Information:
