We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of architecture and design experience and strong leadership skills to manage projects from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams, engineers, and contractors to execute designs effectively.
- Develop detailed plans and architectural drawings, ensuring structural soundness.
- Oversee design compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and design teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional architectural experience.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
