Role Summary
We are looking for a full-time Technical Project Manager & Quality Assurance professional who will own end-to-end delivery coordination and quality for software projects. The role combines technical project management with hands-on QA to ensure clear communication with the development team, smooth project execution, high-quality releases, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Project Management
· Own assigned projects from requirements through development, testing, release, and production support.
· Act as the primary coordination point between the development team, stakeholders, and clients.
· Break down requirements into clear tasks, user stories, workflows, and development-ready inputs.
· Track tasks, milestones, blockers, risks, and dependencies; escalate delays early.
· Drive day-to-day follow-ups to keep execution smooth and deliveries on schedule.
· Maintain project plans, status updates, and delivery visibility for internal and client stakeholders.
· Support estimation, sprint/iteration planning, and release readiness.
· Ensure complete ownership of assigned deliverables until closure.
Quality Assurance
· Own QA for assigned projects and ensure deliverables meet agreed functional expectations before release.
· Understand functional and business requirements before testing.
· Prepare and maintain test scenarios and test cases.
· Perform functional testing, regression testing, and end-to-end workflow validation.
· Identify defects, document bugs clearly with reproduction steps, and coordinate fixes with developers.
· Retest resolved issues and support UAT where required.
· Support API/integration testing when needed.
· Reduce escaped defects and protect release quality.
Communication & Ownership
· Communicate project status honestly, clearly, and on time.
· Identify gaps, ambiguities, and risks in requirements or delivery plans.
· Manage multiple projects in parallel with strong prioritization.
· Coordinate urgent issue resolution and support critical deployments when reasonably required.
· Maintain professional conduct with clients, developers, and internal teams.
Required Skills & Experience
· 2+ years of experience in project coordination/project management and/or software QA.
· Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle (requirements → development → testing → release).
· Hands-on experience with functional testing, test case design, bug tracking, and regression cycles.
· Ability to coordinate with developers and drive timely delivery without constant follow-up from leadership.
· Clear written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced, multi-project environment.
Good to Have
· Exposure to Agile/Scrum practices and tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or similar).
· Basic understanding of APIs, web/mobile applications, and release processes.
· Experience supporting client communication and UAT.
· Familiarity with AI productivity tools for documentation, testing, or project tracking.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
