Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
- Supervise the daily operations of the bakery.
- Ensure smooth production and timely availability of bakery products.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Monitor product quality and presentation.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate bakery staff.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and manage attendance.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.
- Maintain discipline and resolve employee issues.
Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor stock levels of raw materials and packaging.
- Place purchase requests as required.
- Minimize wastage and control production costs.
- Conduct regular inventory and stock audits.
- Ensure proper storage of all materials.
Sales & Customer Service
- Ensure excellent customer service.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
- Support sales growth through promotions and upselling.
- Monitor daily sales and achieve revenue targets.
Financial Responsibilities
- Prepare daily sales and cash reports.
- Monitor expenses and control operational costs.
- Ensure accurate billing and cash handling.
- Coordinate with the accounts department when required.
Quality & Food Safety
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations.
- Monitor product freshness and shelf life.
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ensure all staff follow hygiene practices.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain operational records and reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and functioning properly.
- Report maintenance issues promptly.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
