Zenerom is a UAE-based digital marketing and branding agency with a branch office in Kochi. We work with clients across the UAE and GCC, helping businesses build strong digital identities through social media, digital marketing, SEO, branding, and creative solutions.
We’re looking for a Social Media Executive who is creative, organized, and passionate about social media. The ideal candidate should understand how brands communicate online and be able to manage social media activities from planning and content creation to publishing and performance tracking.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Develop monthly social media content calendars based on client goals and campaigns
- Create engaging captions, post ideas, and social media content
- Coordinate with designers and video editors to develop social media creatives and videos
- Schedule and publish content consistently across platforms
- Research industry trends, trending topics, hashtags, and content opportunities
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
- Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports
- Analyze reach, engagement, followers, and content performance to identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotional activities
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
- Work closely with the SEO, content, design, and performance marketing teams
What We’re Looking For
- Experience or strong interest in social media management and digital marketing
- Good understanding of major social media platforms
- Strong communication and copywriting skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content ideas
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to understand different brand voices and target audiences
Bonus Skills
- Experience with Canva or other creative tools
- Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and management tools
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and insights
- Knowledge of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and short-form video trends
- Basic understanding of SEO and hashtag strategy
- Experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands
- Basic knowledge of paid social media advertising
