job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer travel inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Explain domestic and international tour packages to clients.
- Prepare quotations and customized itineraries.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and suppliers.
- Maintain customer records and booking details.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after booking.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp).
- Sales and customer handling skills.
- Experience in travel sales will be an added advantage.
