Role & responsibilities
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Customers, understanding their business objectives, and aligning them with our cutting-edge technology solutions.
· Perform daily Customer visits & Updation of CVR & Asianet Account Information System.
· Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, delivering innovative solutions that provide added value and contribute to the company's sales targets.
· Act as a customer contact point within the organization, ensuring client feedback is heard and acted upon to reach win-win resolutions and enhance service delivery.
· Create and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability from key accounts while meeting Customers' evolving needs.
· Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics, providing Customers with valuable insights and positioning them for success.
· Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to deliver seamless service and solutions to key accounts.
Qualification & Experience
· Graduates, preferably MBAs with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; candidates with higher experience will be considered for suitable roles. Preferably from Telecom/ISP industry.
· Demonstrated expertise as a Key Account Manager with a proactive approach in a B2B service industry or a similar client-facing role within the technology sector.
· Proven sales prowess, consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.
· Strong proficiency in key account management, presentation delivery, communication, and relationship-building.
· Familiarity with CRM software and adeptness in utilizing data analysis tools.
· Strategic mindset with a thorough comprehension of market trends and industry advancements.
· Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
· Adhere to 100% CAF/ Customer Documentation and Payment collection compliance and updation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
