Flutter Developer (Full-Time)

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Flutter Developer to join our growing team. As a full-time Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality cross-platform mobile applications. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver scalable and user-friendly mobile solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and deploy cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
- Build responsive, reusable, and high-performance user interfaces.
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product teams.
- Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Stay updated with the latest Flutter ecosystem, tools, and best practices.
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar to improve productivity and code quality.
Eligibility
- B.Tech/B.E., BCA, MCA, or equivalent qualification.
- 1 to 2 years of Flutter development experience.
- Must be available to work full-time in a remote environment.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Flutter and Dart.
- Good understanding of mobile application architecture.
- Experience integrating REST APIs.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Knowledge of Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, etc.).
- Experience with state management solutions such as GetX, Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc.
- Understanding of responsive UI development across Android and iOS.
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience publishing apps on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- Knowledge of local databases such as Hive or SQLite.
- Experience with push notifications, deep linking, and app optimization.
- Familiarity with Node.js or backend development is a plus.
- Personal, freelance, or open-source Flutter projects.
