Front desk receptionist for clinic

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients with a warm and professional attitude.
- Manage appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and patient inquiries.
- Maintain patient records and clinic documentation.
- Coordinate with physiotherapists regarding daily appointments.
- Process billing and payments.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks and inventory coordination when required.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada (preferred).

Preferred Candidate
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business).

- Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
