ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Manages Ocean carrier relationships.
- Leads and manages Ocean contract negotiations for the service scope responsibility identified and supports managers for other areas as needed.
- Completes monthly trend analysis.
- Participates in client QBRs with CWW clients as needed
- Supports Inside sales/bid/RFQ team
- Conducts Market Intelligence reporting
- Leads analytics, metrics and reporting needs and improvements for the Ocean Product Management team
- Reviews service contract amendments
- Submits all contracts and amendments once signed or approved
- Maintains CWW Rate Matrix
- Participates in problem resolution discussions as needed by local stations. Acts as escalation point for Ocean-related issues.
- Provides strategic information and feedback to management.
- Other duties as assigned
