The Landlord Account Reconciliation (LAR) Analyst is part of a customer service-oriented team responsible for facilitating lease-related payments for retail and non-retail locations globally. The primary customers are retail and non-retail landlords for Gap Inc. The role involves organizing and managing paper and system records, including invoices, YE occupancy audits, and co-tenancy records. The LAR Analyst works closely with internal teams such as Real Estate Law,
Accounts Payable, Property Tax, and Revenue Accounting to ensure all lease-related payments are properly and timely processed.

Supporting YE occupancy audit workload
-
Oversee the Other Store Expense (OSE) invoice process for landlords and third-party store expenses.

Maintain audit records in Tririga/Costar and internal databases for tracking and reporting.
- Independently resolve ad-hoc and complex research requests.

Upload invoice details for workload management and accrual purposes, including financial impacts up to $2M per transaction.

Upload invoices in TELMS imaging and tracking database (approx. 12K transactions/year).

Collaborate with Manager on invoice accruals and payment resolution, including utility and escrow payments.

Support Supervisor on Co-Tenant audits, including Key Store, Large Co-Tenant, and New Store Audits.

Support Cass with inquires related to store metered utility invoices

Interpret and apply co-tenancy lease language to audits and escalate failures for financial benefit documentation.

Analyze and process escrow payments and adjustments; escalate unusual or high-value transactions.

Participate in projects and special assignments across the Real Estate organization, supporting teams as needed.

Provide insights and feedback for process improvement.

Ability to adapt when necessary to work extended hours (including weekends) based on business needs

Basic accounting skills and familiarity with month-end close processes.

Experience with large-scale ERP or similar payment/data tracking systems.
