Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and design products and systems based on customer requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct research and testing to evaluate the feasibility and viability of design concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as manufacturing and quality control.
- Prepare and maintain specifications, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot design-related issues and implement necessary modifications.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into designs.
- Coordinate with other departments for financial viability, risk assessment, and design validation.
- Effectively communicate design requirements within the team and across departments.
- Apply strong engineering and interpersonal skills to develop new products and improve existing ones.
Qualifications:
· BE/ DME In a Mechanical Engineering with at least 3+ years of experience in a similar industry is essential
· He should have idea about the drawings
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
Other Skills:
· Organized and detail-oriented
· Fast-paced, works with a get-it-done attitude
· Creative and a problem solver
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to build relationships at all levels and influence change to help teams deliver value
