Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Master Data Management (MDM) Engineer with 8–10 years of experience in implementing enterprise MDM solutions and building scalable data pipelines. The ideal candidate should have expertise in MDM architecture, data integration, data quality, and enterprise data management.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
Lead end-to-end MDM implementation, deployment, and production support.
Configure data models, match & merge rules, survivorship rules, workflows, and hierarchies.
Build and optimize batch and real-time data pipelines.
Integrate MDM platforms with ERP, CRM, Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and cloud applications.
Develop ETL/ELT processes and implement data quality, profiling, cleansing, and governance.
Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to define master data standards.
Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and mentor junior engineers.
Required Skills
8–10 years of IT experience with 5+ years in MDM implementation.
Hands-on experience with Informatica MDM, Reltio, Semarchy xDM, SAP MDG, IBM InfoSphere MDM, or Profisee.
Strong experience in SQL, data modeling, data quality, and enterprise data pipelines.
Expertise in ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica PowerCenter, Talend, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, or Apache NiFi.
Experience with REST APIs, web services, messaging technologies, and programming in Python, Java, or Scala.
Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, CI/CD, Git, and DevOps.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Apache Spark, Kafka, Databricks, or other Big Data technologies.
Knowledge of Data Governance frameworks and Agile/Scrum.
Relevant MDM or Cloud Certifications.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
