About the Role
Purplle is looking for energetic, customer-focused, and beauty-passionate individuals to join our retail team as Beauty Advisers. The role involves helping customers discover the right beauty and skincare products while delivering an excellent shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a friendly shopping experience
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable skincare, makeup, haircare, and beauty products
- Demonstrate products and explain features, benefits, and usage methods
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits
- Keep updated on beauty trends, product knowledge, and new launches
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Manage stock availability and coordinate for replenishment when required
- Ensure cleanliness and proper display of products in the store
- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve concerns promptly
Eligibility / Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Higher Secondary or above
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer handling and sales skills preferred
- Retail / beauty industry experience is an advantage
- Freshers with confidence and interest in beauty can also apply
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays if required
