Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Import–Export & Supply Chain Executive to manage international shipments, inventory planning, and warehouse coordination. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth import operations and maintain accurate stock levels across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Import & Export Coordination
- Handle import shipments from international vendors
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, and transporters
- Track shipment status, ETD, ETA, and delays
- Ensure proper documentation and customs clearance
2. Inventory Management
- Maintain real-time stock data across multiple warehouses
- Track SKU-wise inventory and stock movement
- Ensure accurate inward and outward entries
3. Stock Planning & Forecasting
- Analyze sales trends and demand patterns
- Plan reorders based on stock levels and lead time
- Avoid stockouts and overstocking
4. Warehouse & Logistics Coordination
- Monitor stock across different locations
- Plan inter-warehouse transfers
- Optimize logistics cost and delivery timelines
5. Order Fulfillment
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams
- Ensure timely dispatch and correct order processing
6. Reporting & Data Management
- Maintain daily stock and shipment reports
- Track slow-moving and non-moving inventory
- Generate alerts for low stock and delays
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Stock availability and stockout rate
- Inventory turnover ratio
- Import shipment timelines and accuracy
- Order dispatch efficiency
- Dead stock reduction
Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in import–export, logistics, or supply chain
- Experience in trading or distribution industry preferred
- Knowledge of import documentation and customs process
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Good coordination and problem-solving ability
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
