Job Description:
Tristar Hotels is seeking friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our hospitality team. As a member of the hotel staff, you will play a key role in ensuring a comfortable and welcoming stay for our guests. This role includes front desk duties, guest services, and general hotel support based on your experience and our current needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism
- Manage reservations and room assignments using our booking system
- Ensure lobby and common areas are clean, organized, and welcoming
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff as needed
- Assist with luggage handling and local travel guidance
- Provide timely service with a positive attitude
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and comfort with reservation systems
- A passion for customer service and hospitality
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
Package:
For Experienced Smart Front Office Executives:
- Basic Salary: ₹15,000 per month
- Benefits: Food & accommodation, bonus, health insurance, and sales incentives
- Work Schedule: 6 days a week; day or night shifts (no night shifts for women)
- Notice Period: Minimum of 2 weeks
