System and Data Management
· Database Maintenance: Manage ERP/POS systems, ensuring accurate master data entries for gold weight, purity, diamond specifications, and pricing.
· Daily Backups: Perform routine data backups and security protocols to safeguard financial records and customer transaction history.
· Software Troubleshooting: Resolve hardware, network, and software issues across billing counters and back offices to prevent showroom downtime.
Inventory and Stock Control
· Stock Reconciliation: Track daily movement and balance high-value inventory (gold, platinum, and precious stones) between the vault and showroom displays.
· Audit Support: Generate Management Information System (MIS) reports to assist auditors and store managers during physical stock audits.
Showroom Coordination
· Hardware Support: Maintain peripherals like barcode scanners, label printers, biometric attendance systems, and CCTV security setups.
· User Assistance: Train showroom sales staff on basic system navigation and fast billing procedures during peak gold-buying seasons.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
