We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with excellent spoken and written English & Hindi skills to join our growing team. This role will primarily involve handling customer queries.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer concerns related to orders, exchanges, returns, refunds, and product information.
- Provide accurate and empathetic responses while ensuring a great customer experience.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team whenever necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Handle voice calls as and when required.
Requirements
- Excellent coversational and spoken English.
- Compassionate tone, can come up with fast and prompt solutions
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Customer Support/Customer Service.
- Experience in chat support is preferred.
- Good grammar skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of Excel Sheet, Google Sheet, MS Office and CRM/customer support tools is an advantage.
- Graduate preferred.
